Hello everyone - searcing for engine parts

Hello everyone,
here is my short introduction to the forum. My name is Manuel, i am 26 years old and i am studying mechanical engineering in germany.
Prior to my studies i completed a three year apprenticeship as a motorbike mechanic - mostly repairing italian motorcycles like old Ducati's and so on.
I spend my free time rebuilding a Honda CR500 and in the meantime i am using it as a supermotard track bike.

Right now i am planing to build a set of engine cases accepting snowmobile engine parts. My goal is to build a big, strong and reliable twostroke engine for trackday usage in a motorcycle chassis. However, there is a downside: Its almost impossible to find snowmobile engine parts in the EU - so my only option is to buy parts elswhere.
I already spend lots of hours on ebay searching for affordable parts. Primary to get measurements for a rough CAD model and to sort out some preliminary decicions.

There are some requirements:

- liquid cooled
- single cylindes (no cylinder blocks with 2 or 3 bores)
- exhaust valve

Arctic cat ZR/ZL 800 and polaris 440 liquid cooled engines seem to be quite suitable. It also seems that there are lots of similar engines out there.
Since i need the parts mainly to take measurements, damaged or "core" cylinders or damaged crankshafts are sufficient for this purpose.
If you have some parts like a cylinder, a crankshaft web lying around and you consider supporting my project, please let me know

greetings from germany
