Could be a cracked fuel line or a stuck float. The float could be stuck from ice or dirt. If this is the case the only way to fix it is to take off the carbs and clean them.

Many sleds have a section of fuel line mouted to the bottom of the bowl, quite common for it to rot and cause a leak, either that or as suggested above a stuck float. If the carbs have not been cleaned as of yet this season it would be a good idea to do them regardless.

Happy trails
Rick.

Sled insurance in Ontario is killing me!!

since the sled is brand new you rest assured it is simple. something like the warmer weather and the overflow vent spewing fuel.

IF WE GIVE ALL THE PROFIT TO THE IMPORTS WHAT WILL BE LEFT?

What has happened to me in the past is if I put a little too much gas in the gas tank (so it's REALLY full) and it either warms up (and the gas expands) or I trailer the sled somewhere the gas can leak out the vent line. Not gallons, mind you, but some can leak out.

I agree! Filled right up to the neck, temperature warmed up a few degrees and I was spewing fuel!
