OK, I have been snowmobiling for many years but have never owned. I have been the eternal mooch. Anyway I finally bought a 1995 Polaris Indy Trail Deluxe and I have a few questions. The sled looks great but has sat for a couple years with little use. I changed plugs, added fresh gas, and cleaned out the air box but have the following issues:

1) first how do I tell what engine size I have?

2) The engine is bogging down big time. Idle is at like 3000 and won't go down. Other times it runs great and takes off no problem. Full throttle all the time engine bogs.

3) Is there an adjustment on the reverse cable? it won't always come out of R even the the lever is down?

4) What is the best repair manual out there for these sleds?

What should I look for? I am guessing it is getting to much gas, air, or oil.

Thanks everyone in advance for the help.
