No such thing as best. You only need to use an oil which is right for your application. I've run mainly Citgo/Mystik oils for over 10 years - at least 50 gallons of Sea and Snow through our machines without a hiccup. Castrol T2 has served well also. I don't think I'd want either of those in valved ported engines however. But, other than costing more money, it's hard to realize any benefit to using full synthetics in engines that don't require their use.

I use the bombardier mineral oil..It has been excellent for me.

I always ran amsoil interceptor with no issues at all,,, run all 4 strokes now

I use Spectro SynSno. Full synthetic and low ash (key components for the powervalves).
