I was just curious, Have any of you tried to tow anything from the rear bumper on a Rev? I have one of those enclosed snow coaches which I use to bring the kids along on trail rides. I do have the 2up seat for one of my kids, but if they both want to ride with me, I'll need to haul the snow coach. I'm just not sure if the rear bumper is strong enough or how well it is secured to the sled. I havn't had a chance to look at how it is connected under the beaver tail flap. I want to make some kind of re-enforced hitch that I can attach to the rear bumper, but first I need to be sure that it won't cause any damage to the rear end from towing. The coach isn't that heavy and with my eight year old son in it, it doesn't pull that hard, so I'm sure it won't be a problem.

Don't tow with the bumper!!! Your coach could hit a small rut or something and then cause some major damage to your suspension! Good luck trying to get that fixed under warranty.

A simple solution for emergency type towing that I have seen posted is to take a strap and put it thru the holes in the tunnel that you use to hang the rev when working on the suspension. Put a knot in it so it doesnt slip thru , attach to both sides, and then attach your tow rope to that strap and pull. Won't help with your coach though.
