i pulled the airbox shelf it was easy and reversible woke my sled right up. My concern now is will i be ok as far as jetting. it now runs like its zero out when its 30 degrees it came with360 jets. I never fouled plugs and the color looked good. I wonder when i need to jet up. Has anyone else done this? Any help would be appreciated. by the way i ride at 600 to 1200 feet above sea level

Yes the did have a breathing problem in 99 you almost hvae to gut the air box to get full power it was a emissions thing in 99 also take out foam from the sides pop that screen right by where you latch down your hood D&D power breather helps too or just drill holes inside the airbox.

I would pull the plugs and check them. I would also check your piston wash. I have a 99 zrt 600 with a powerbreather no guts in box. I also have D&D pipes and clutching. Black magic mono-block head sleeper kit and v-force reeds. I am not positive as I haven't been into the thing for three years (it's dependable) but am pretty sure I am running 370 or 380 mains. Kevin
