On my Mach the cowl come down and is sitting low but nice on the one side and high on the other side. *Nothings bent and it was like this from day one. *I was just wondering if there is maybe a way of rotating it a little so that it evens out. *I would look but im to lazy to run out to the garage. *

Also on my Mxz 98 the cowl comes and fits into a grove. *In some place the groves are pushed out. *This is because of abuse to the sled. *But i was wondering if you can fix this with a heat gun or is ther a bent part on the sled that is constricting this. *

Even if your not sure what im talking about please put down your ideas. *

I think the heat gun idea would work, but it will discolor the plastic.

The hood hinge is prob. bent on the the high side, a little tweak down on it should align it up.

try loosening the hinges, set the hood down and see if it will set right. If so then just tighten the hinges back up.
