Just bought my 1 st sled, only to find out that my 1986 wildcat 650 has a bad stator. Sent it out to Stator corp. for repair , they called looking for the ohm specs on the stator. If anyone could shed some light on this I'd be most grateful.
Thanks

Are you sure it's a '86? I think the 1st year for the Wildcat was '88.

Not sure if this is this is much help. But I just went to a junkyard and pulled the stator plate of a 92 lynx for my 91 Wildcat 700. The part numbers for the Lighting and Primary coil are the same. But, I havn't tried it yet.
If you can get you hands on an scrapped arctic cat late 80's - early 90's. It should work. The only electrical part that's different on the wildcats is the CDI uni I think.

Charge coil 127.5 plus or minus 20%
Trigger coil 46.5
Lighting coil 0.18
I hope this helps.
