I think my rear shock needs to be rebuilt or replaced. Does anyone know if they can be rebuilt. They say HPG on them.

If they have to be replaced does anyone have any suggestions (original or something else). How Much?

Also the sled lifts the skies a lot. What should I adjust to keep the skies on the ground.

No, they can not be rebuilt. They are your plain janes. Part#503189172 and they cost around $60. If you want to upgrade to the Ryde FX they would be $100 for the 8200 series and $200 for the 8600 series.
As for the excessive ski lift, i would try to go up one click on your center shock or drawyour limiter strap up one.
