97 Mach Z. The manual calls for 1.5 to 2 inches @ 17lbs. Does anyone think this is too loose?

dhotchki: It depends if you have picks or not. Thats the right setting for a bare track, if you have studs it has to be tighter. Dino

I do have studs. How much tighter should it be?

i run my track just loose enough so it doesnt ratchet, never had any trouble.
