Was at the dealer today and they tell me that you can purchase additional 3year bumper to bumper warranty on 02+03 sleds.I looked at the contract and there was no mention of mileage,so it looks like it's unlimited.This is ski-doo's warranty,not an aftermarket company.Can be purchased anytime before the original warranty expires.Not sure if it's available in the US.but is approx. $2000.00CDN with a $50.00 deductable per work order.Free 10hr. check and free preseasons checks.

For less than $2000.00 canuckbucks and my currant ride I can be on a brand new ride.We doo that every year.:D

Whats ridiculous?We add all the goodies every year skid plate, grater boards,colored vents,tunnel reinforcers etc.For less than 2k im on a brand new ride with all the trimmings every year.My 10h check costs me $30 and my preseason is $60

Not what you do lady, $2,000 for an extended warranty from doo. *I just paid $500.00 for an additional 4 years on top of the 1 year for my new RX-1 for a total of 5 years! *No deductable or milage limitation either.

2000 is way too much, even if it's only like 1200 us. I doubt the normal sled goes through that much work in 4 years.

when I bought my new truck the 7 year 100,000 mile,bumper to bumper extented warr. was only $900.and thats on a truck not a sled.

i paid $675 us for a 4 year warranty on my new yammie viper:)ski doo is a bit expensive eh?

I believe cornerstone offers a four year warranty for approx $500.00. Ski Doo farms their warranties out to cornerstone.
They are open to the public through some dealers.
