I've tried dish soap and had good luck mixed with rv antifreeze.

I have been using RV antifreez. Seems to work well but it will slush up. I says it is good down to -50 degrees but I think it would be froze solid at that point. Riley

I use Ultra Slide Lube that Chopper City Sports has because its biodegradable, that means its safe for the enviroment, all the RV antifreeze, windshield wash and auto antifreeze can harm our enviroment. :)

RV antifreeze is ok. Anything with propolyene glycol is ok. Some soaps will break down with heat and turn to peanut butter. Soap also will corrode bearings and your tunnel. Windshield stuff and standard antifreeze is really toxic.
