;) My Viper has a slight idling problem. Even when it is warmed up plemty it idles what seems like an eternity at 5000 rpms befor it goes down to 1800 rpms, I was told the throttle body. The only way to get it down sometimes is to burp the throttle quick and that doesn't always work. Any thoughts?

I had a similar problem with my Viper and I found the plastic throttle block that holds the throttle cable and kill switch had cracked (probably overtightened when prepped or assembled) and the housing of
the throttle cable would slide out and cause all kinds of rpm problems (sometimes scaring the crap out of me while riding). I got that fixed under warranty and then had problems with the T.O.R.S. (Throttle over-ride system) which the owners manual shows how to bypass by switching connectors, but that
can cause idle or no-start problems. Took it back to the dealer to get the T.O.R.S. adjusted, and finally have a good idle. Good luck!
