Gotta chance to race an F6 on Saturday. Ran into a guy warming his hands up on the pipe. It was damn cold here on Saturday ( -25 C at least ). He was trying to put some miles on it 'cause he was going to some races on Sunday with it. So we lined up. Me and my 02 MX-Z 600 ( stock ), a buddy with a 02 XC 700 (stock ) and this F6 ( supposidly stock with less than 50 miles on it). My Doo and the XC 700 pulled away neck and neck. I looked back and the F6 was still trying to hook up. Had him by about 5-6 sled lenghts. XC started to pull away from me like it always does. Next thing you know the F6 blew right past us. The XC 700 could not keep up. Wow. Had a real good run. Around a mile. We turned around and tried a rolling start. The F6 was gone and we were left in it's dust. I've raced 600 Rev's and they have never beat me that bad. Seems they have trouble hookin up with out picks but once they start movin look out. They ran a few radar runs I was told. F6 - 105 mph, F7 - 117 mph and RX-1 117mph. I wasn't there so I can't confirm but it looks like those of us on Doo's have some work cut out for us.
