hey sledjunky,
The guy I sled with is out for the season (bad knee) ,I really need to get out there as i bought a new 800 Vertical edge this year if your heading out and wouldn't mind me tagging along let me know.

I don't know the area but am looking forward to riding there

most of my riding has been done at the toll booths (Choquihala) :!: :!:

I have never ridden out there but want to. I moved out here from the prairies (live in Hope now) and have only had a few runs on logging roads near here and the Falls Lake area. I haven't met many guys here who I would feel comfortable riding with. As I would be the rookie in the bunch. I guess I am saying I don't want to get into a situation not knowing any better. Not many mountains in Sask. I have been sledding since the late 60's.
The snow up the Coq is awesome! What kind of riding do you do. How well do you know the Coq Lakes area? I ride a 99 SKS 700 and the track is still the 1.25" . I haven't changed it as I have only ridden it three times in the four years I have been here. So? Some time perhaps? What do you feel about riding with someone who hasn't done any mountain riding?
