Well I just wanted to see how everyone was making out. So far knock on wood my 800 sport has been fine but my friend with his 800x has not faired as well. He broke both spark plug caps (i.e. the metal piece that fits over the plug terminal post broke) And then he found grease around his clutch....found out the crank seal went.

Brought by 800 REV sport in to dealer for 10h service they phoned me and told me lower A arm rear rod is bent. They don't know why, there is no other signs of damage to the front end. No marks to suggest I hit some thing. They said not to worry about it. When I first got the sled all the plastic bushings that are on both sides of the A arm where it attaches to the frame were broken, they replace them at that time under warrenty. So I'm thinking the bent A arm cause the bushings to rip apart because A arm was bent and I did not notice it at that time. Any one else have this problem? Should I have A arm replace?

If I had a brand new sled and something was broken, and I didn't break it, I would make sure I had a new one on there.
