I was looking in my buddies owners manual (i don't got one) and it said for a 2002 600 MXZ that the plug gap should be .5mm. I altered my gaps, it was like .7mm originally and now it seems to be missing every now and again when idleing. Is teh gaps for a 600 in 2002 the same as in 99?

Owners manual for 1999 MXZ 600 says 0.45 mm (0.018 in)

ya, i just called skidoo and they said 18 thou. funny, he said all machines skidoo makes are 18 thou. Why is it then that the skidoo owners manual for my buddies 2002 MXZ700 has different clearances for different machines?

I never heard of a doo that didn't run 18 thou.
