Hi all,

I changed my 20 tooth gear to a 22 tooth gear and have had problems with the gear oil being forced out the vent. I never had this problem EVER before. I thought at first that I put too much oil in but I've had it well below the full mark on the dipstick and it's still coming out while I'm driving. Can anyone shed some light? Do I have to go back to the 20 tooth? Thanks.

I found if i don't run synthetic chain oil i get some coming out of the vent on the dipstick.It's a 01 mxz.Hope that helps.
