why wont this sled pull the ski's off the ground?

What setting do you have the coupling blocks on??

Turn them so the fat part of the block is facing down and you should have no problems pulling the skis.

why would you use k@n's on a stock motor in the winter time, my mxz 700 with the suspension set up right would pull a wheelie until 90mph.What sled is this 700,what year need more info.

It's a 2000 mxz 500. I've adjusted the suspension every way possible and still cant get the ski's more than an inch or two off the ground. I have a 99 formula z 500 I can get'em foot and ahalf to two foot off the ground all day long.

This is because they have 2 different suspensions.

The MXZ has the SC-10 II and the Formula has the SC-10.

This skid is designed not to pull the skis up

The SC-10 transfers weight better than the the SC-10 II, you may not have quite enough power to pull the skis with that rear skid.

If you wanna do wheelies, swap the skids.

set suspension on soft lossen limiter straps tighten center shock adjust couple block on the thin side towards the back and take out the rubber stop peice I would trail ride like this but on the lake it will really hook,oh ya end I forgot what they call that rod move that up to the soft position.Keep the stock airbox on for the winter time you will get more cold air into the carbs.
