in the last 3 days I have added studs, a 440 windshield/handlebar kit and some colored accessories to my Blair Morgan REV well now heres the problem. Now when I first tried it I only had dim headlights NO bright. So I assumed it was in the thumb switch area because it didnt feel like it went back together good. So I pull it apart and check it over everything looks fine in there and I put it back together. Well now I have only bright headlights and NO dim? What the heck? Any ideas? Is it just something Im missing in there? I checked every connection I could find and all seems good. Any ideas? One other thing is I added a heated visor plug in and believe I have it in the correct spot (plugged into). I tried unplugging that and NO help so that aint it. One other question: i found on the clutch side up hight one black wire by itself on the outside of a wiring bundle with a plug on it and the opposite black wire with plug to fit into it just up from there but they werent plugged together. Does anyone know if they are suppose to be? I tried that both ways and NO difference either. It doesnt seem like they are suppose to be because I had to pull some of the excess wire on each end to get them to plug together. Please help. Did a bulb burn out? Whats going ON? I dont think I could get a dealer to warranty any work now with all the changes Ive made.

Steve, unplug the harness going to the headlight controll and see if it fixes it.

I beleive these wires change your odometer reading from miles to kilometers, check in your manual, it's there.

I would check the bulb. Theres not much other then the two connections running over the handle bar post that you could have screwed up.

Checking the bulb on the rev is probably the hardest thing to do on it though. Good luck.

Accually the REV has two bulbs. I dont think you blew two unless you maybe shorted somthing. Maybe still worth checking but I dont think thats the problem now.

Re check the connections running over the handle bar post. Make sure the prongs are lining up and that they arnt bent.

Dave, is your new avatar one of the bad guys from battle star galactica? Werent they called Cylons? I used to watch that show.

Which one is the headlight control?

How do I check the bulbs just look closely at them or what?
