How long of studs can I put in my 2003 MXZ-ZX chassis without doing any damage to the tunnel on bulk head? it has a 1" track

dont go any longer then 3/8 of an inch , usualy 1/8 - 3/8 of an inch over your lugs is all you need, no longer or you can damage to the heat exchangers SWRules

1.075 is the max, check with the dealer for sure! This is an area you want to double check
