How many miles/km's are the 800 SDI's getting to a tank of gas? I'm hearing some pretty impressive numbers.

Compaired to the 800 Rev under touring trail use on a cold day it is not that much better However, on a warm day there is no compairsion

The SDI gets much better gas mileage than the REV 800 (16-17 mpg's vs 12-14). With just under a 10 gallon tank, 140 - 150 miles per tank should be doable.

On a average fill up it translates to 10 and change for the SDI compared to 18 and change for a regular 800, so the savings do add up in a hurry.

120 miles takes about 6.5 gallons. Guage isn't too accurate. Shows E with about 80 miles on the clock. That's the view I get.

Same thing with mine Hookman. 80 miles & gage is almost at E. I went 130 mile on a tank last weekend and from 80 to 130 miles the fuel gage stayed just above E.
