I have a 2002 SRX, thinking about gearing a little taller, here are my options:

Stock: 23/38 (1.65 )

24/38 ( 1.58 )

23/37 (1.60 )

Ok, If I go with the 24 , I dont have to replace the chain, I just have to buy the gear, If i go with the 37 bottom...I have to buy the gear and the chain.so...
Can anyone tell me the Ins and Outs of the above combos....besides ratio.

Is there a benefit in changing the bottom gear over the top gear???

any help would be greatly appreciated.
