I have always been a skidoo fan since I bought my first blizzard but I am very dissapointed in the looks of the skidoo lineup this year. I was all ready to pick out a new rev 800 ho X but after seeing the new graphics I am kinda dissapointed. I hate to say it but my least favorite sled (polaris) has some of the best looking sleds for the 04 line up (only if they had more power).

Anyone else not like the 04 looks?

Bombardier invented a time machine and went back to 1986 and stole the graphics guy from suzuki who did the graphics on the RM and Quadracer and set him (or her) wild on the REV X. The Designer from Fruehauf Trailers did the snowflap. I think they got the tailight from the JC Whitney catalog in the Trailer lights section under misc.

I'm glad I bought a 03....so far so good..I hope, afraid to put the compression gauge on it.
I think Skidoo fans would have liked it much better if they looked at the 04 site and the sleds looked the same, but 04's were said to have a new piston and ring design and they would be recalling 03's for the new pistons and rings free of charge.

My wife complains I daydream too much.

unfortuately the rev is not the prettiest sled on the trails anyways, but i like the one i want. actually i am not sure which one but anyone of them that i want is nice.

I agree. That stripe running from the skis to the back of the seat looks ridiculous. Graphics on the regular season sleds are much better. It would be easy enough to remove the stripe from the hood, but the seat???? :angry: :angry: :angry:

Kinda reminds me of the '96 S chassis MXZs. Who would put green graphics on a yellow sled? Mind you, look @ some of the paint schemes on transports from Quebec ??? A friend who is a driver says that SGT stands for s#$%^& Green Truck.

I've been lucky when I bought sleds, but when I get my '04 Legend, I'll probably remove the '57 Chev chrome pcs, fill the holes, & change the decals for the '03 MXZ set.

who designed the decals..???? it looks like Bevis and Butthead did.......I too was drooling on and new o4...but sure changed my mind...dumb french buttheads

The saturn orange colour on the Summit Adrenaline flows nicely from the hood to the gastank cover and seat. The yellow on the MXZ looks almost as good.
The Quebeccer in charge of graphics needs a slap in the head.

I don't mind the colours. The part i don't like is the big lines that flow from the x to the back of the seat!

Here's the latest, and it's the gospel, the designer for ski-doo had a crayon in one hand and a crack pipe in the other!!! LOL :D Actually I like the black GSX it looks good with that "saddle bag" stuffed in that void under the seat :withstupid: :withstupid:

i think they will look better in person.i like the yellow and blue mx-zx.just wish they would take the strips off the seat

Yes, they do look much better in person according to my dealer. He said the X in Blue/Yellow was a super eye turner and was the overall favorite at the dealer meeting. On the snow he said it even looked better then in the hotel showroom. So I took his word and am going to order a 04' Renegade 600 SDI X with the 1.75" track in the yellow/blue. :hallo1:

I agree with Andy. Nice colors. Oops....I didn't even recognize the stripe...I guess I was drooling over the blue/yellow! :D :thumbsup:
