Greetings all,

I'm looking for a replacement rear scissors shock for an original SC-10 136" rear skid (no ACM, not an SC-10 II or III).

I'm having a hard time locating an aftermarket vendor that sells a shock to fit this application. Is there a rebuildble KYB HPG out there that will also fit? Perhaps from an early Summit or from when 'Doo started to get rid of the C-7 and introduced the SC-10 on several Grand Touring models?

I'm trying to rack my brain here....Ryde FX doesn't have anything to fit.

RydeFX doesn't have any shocks for a 98-99 Summit? That's hard to believe. Donno where to send ya then ???

I was looking under Grand Touring and not Summit, even though I suggested that in my post! Oh my...one of those mornings!

The applicable shocks are:

Ryde FX P/N 8225: Steel body, Sealed, non rebuildable
Ryde FX P/N 8611: Steel body, appears to be rebuildable
