Just a question....how high on the secondary should a belt be sitting? I have a Dayco UII on and it sits flush with the top. My secondary is at 20lbs. I remember my Doo OEM belts used to sit sticking above the secondary almost an 1/8"...I also noticed that the Dayco belt is not as deep as the Doo belt...is my Dayco worn or is this normal?

Rocket - You are right, the U2 is not as tall top to bottom as Doo. If you have a old SDoo belt, turn it inside out and mease the circumfrance with a string. You don't need a number, just determine if the U2 is shorter/ longer than the Doo belt. When I switch from 0127 Doo to the U2, I end up just under flush where the Doo is about .100 over. The "ride out" method isn't the best way to check, as long as Cen to Cen is correct, and "deflection" is correct. If they both are good, I just snug it up till I get some creep and back it off.

I use the U2 and am quite happy with it.
