:D I just bought a modular helmet and i'm wondering what you guys have done with the comunicator microphones. have you ever had to use the electric shield. Are they cold at higher speeds? :D

:) I don't use comm. so can't help you there, as far as electric shields. You don't need it if you use the breather. It is a little to get used to but well worth it. I haven't gotten cold and we were riding in -6 F a couple weeks ago. When it was warmer I didn't use breather just opened up the visor a crack and no problem with fogging or anything. The electric shield is $$$$. I would give it a try before buying one. Used this in Idaho also. Higher elevation the breather was nice but the proper Helmet with goggles would have been better.
