I am removing the 46mm butterflies from a 91 RXL 650.

Does anybody have a good starting baseline for the pilot, needle, needle jet, and mains.

Was looking at the NON EFI jetting, but Polaris is always way too rich (usually)

Does anybody have a good jetting plan or has anybody every done this conversion on this site.

I have a freind who did this with a 500 fuelly. It was a chalenge to get it to run up to its potential. He finally gave up and it sat under a pine tree in my back yard for three years. Then someone else picked it up don't know what happened from there. Myself I would buy a another sled.
