Hey i own a 03 rev sport black and i hate the sound of it i always leave my sleds stalk but i was wondering if it would hurt the motor any if replaced the stalk muffler and added aftermarket one in its place and i would like to know if the jets would need to be changed any advise would be great thanks laters

I install aftermarket silencers sometimes, and usually they don't really need jetting changes.
You probably wont gain any horsepower, but you might shed a few pounds and be a little crisper on throttle responce. (I doubt it will make the rev more crisp than it already is)
The company you buy it from will supply you with jetting info if any changes are to be made. They try their product on all models and can tell you what works best.
From my experience with aftermarket cans, they usually lean out jetting about 1/2 a jet size. Not enough to worry about, just cleans up factory rich combustion somewhat.

:D The Rev 600HO already sounds like it has a can on it, take it off a small jump and hit the throttle, all you hear is "brap", pretty sweet for factory :thumbsup:
