I like the look of the 04 GSX tunnel at the rear.I think the little tool kit or carrying case fills in the space between the seat and the plastic stick up tailight assembly nicely. These Revs are looking better all the time.No more beaver tail and you might as well use that extra tunnel for something.

I think its a very nice feature on the gsx sles because it added to the space orf crgo you can carry, but i think its place is on these sleds only and not the mxz x packages. The X package sleds are meant to be ridden hard and then they add the cargo area like that, i think the rear end on the borgan edition looks better myself and than the x package revs with the flat peice and then the tail light sticking up at the end of the tunnel.

if you go on an overnighter you will like the storage space

and you have to put the taillight at the end of the tunnel so your cargo doesn't block it!

its won't be uncommon to see many adrenaline and other MXZs touring in 04!

I was not talking about other mxz's i was just talking about the X packages if the sled is marketed like a race sled why would it have the cargo tunnel? doesnt make sence to me! racer windsheild, handguards, racing seat, stiff shocks, and a luggage platform! What doest fit in there? i can see it being on the other mxz trail based sleds and the gs models, but on the x packages it doesnt fit the purpose of the sled.

Hey Dave- you can get one of those fold up shovels and put it on that cargo area, in case you need to build or modify a ramp to do one of your sick jumps

Every year 1 of the most common complaints is not enough storage on the MXZ's. Now they have somewhere to put it. We are not proffesional racers that buy these sleds, we are trail riders. On the trail you need stuff and stuff needs somewhere to go. I think its a great addition.

Interesting point. And BTW they say that 83%? percent of all REV riders would be better suited for GSX than MXZ or "X" sled, but folks will still buy the MXZ and "X" sleds and then ##### like hell about low windshield stiff shocks etc, etc,, :D

My percentage was off a bit in the previous post.. Here is the quote from Snowtech.. " According to Ski-Doo's research, 78% of MXZ buyers would be more satisfied with a GSX based on function and usage! But as we all know, sometimes sleds are bought based on the image it projects, not the best match of sled function to useage. On the other hand, 48% of the Legend buyers have been idenified as better-suited for a GSX, so maybe theve got something here"

example.. after the first wave of X sleds were made everyone complained of them being too stiff like racers hmmmm. then they started making them softer "Too soft" they cried.. and on and on.. IMO the Adrenaline and GSX are the best all around REV's offered.

Cheers,

I agree that there are alot of riders that would be more suited for the GSX, its a great package. I just checked 2 sleds for the spring. My girlfriend would be one of those people who fit the GSX better but I got her the MXZ package because of resale. It will get a lot more attention as an MXZ (performance marketed) than a GSX (trail use marketed). Thats just my opinion and again the GSX is a real nice package.

Yep, if the Lotto Super 7 comes in for me tomorrow night, you'll see me on a GSX next season! Otherwise, you'll see me STILL on my '99 Form Dlx. Which is ok, because I LOVE my sled! :D :inlove:

haha i wish kenny. Then i could make some real nice jumps like on sledsnecks! it would be so time consuming to make those by hand, it would be nice if someone i knew was a trail groomer and would make me a nice jump on the slime dam because the trial goes right by it, a few years ago the trail actually went around the dam itself, do you remember that?
