I've heard there are a few places that are popular water skipping areas near me (somewhere near Kingston for example).
I've always been "too cautious" to try any of my machines on deep water, but I'd like to watch and learn the techniques (I did cruise accross a 30' wide fairly shallow (1-2 feet deep) river the other day and my '97 Storm with a 1.25" track was actually able to accelerate accross and it was surprizingly stable).
I suspect it's too late this year, but where are good places to go to watch? Is it still happening in Kingston?
