I for one think that Bill has a good setup for the series 3 engines. He has some options for everyone from new to advanced and everything in between.

He gets solid results for the $$$ spent, and his head chim and reed combo has been used by many with good results. i do not have a 700 but know of several that have.

my 700 engine is stock,I run 260 mains(round slides 00),goodwin clutching, boyeson petals.also have a piped 700 with similar mods and crankshops twins.I think the 700 is best stock and clutching/reeds.

gamer, if you decide to do the cudney build I have the head and shim kit you need., $180. Pick up a set of SPI 670 pistons, about $105. Stock exhaust/can, stock head cover, you'll have em all scratchin their heads.
