Well, for me it hadda be either a crappy old yamaha, or the F7 that is green with the Canadian decal kit. Yuck. It looked gross, the green and red just didn't look good to me, don't get my wrong, i would drive the sled, but them colors didn't look good (to me) at all!!

Saw a green F7 with yellow accessories...that light dull yellow that cat uses just doesn't look sharp at all. That's about the only newer sled I saw this year. Can't really say the old ones are ugly..they're just old :p

Now I have owned and enjoyed several Cats over the many seasons I have been riding. However they seem to have hired some wetback or somebody to design thier graphics over the past few seasons that is just plain crazy. They look like one of those autos with the hydraulics kits that make them jump up and down. I truley do expect a welded chain handlebar to come out of Thief River Falls any season now.

I'm starting ot like the look of the Rev's more and more, especially the ones with the fixed windshield and the straight tunnel.

But the funniest looking sled I saw on the trails this winter was a Rev with a set of tall mirrors on it. Looking like a pair of antanna (sp). Just plain stupid looking.

Well, i used to not like the REV but it takes some adjusting time i guess, rev=revolutionary.

Any of those skandic ski-doo work sleds look like butt.

Anything new looks awsome, not many older sleds have stood the test of time as far as looks. Old PRS chassis look kinda funny on the trail in comparison to today's sleds.

The green F5, F6, F7. I think the green colour is sick. That is the most disgusting colour i have seen in my life. I like the look of the red ones. But what was Arctic Cat thinking when they decided to make there main colour green??? ???

The BLADE Outlaw...by far the worst looking sled to date....just awfull... :(

Jawz and his REV are the ugliest on the trails. He's the only one on the REV who looks like he is sitting on a giant pickle. :D The Ski Whiz was not great lookin. And the newest Blade. Prs looks funny from the front but awesome from the side with a low windshield.

the rev,,,,,,,i think the reason they are so incredably slow is,
the stupid looking mud flap is draging on the ground.
they havent made them much better looking for,
this year.

Some folks feel the same about yellow... maybe it reminds them of urine. :sly:

I would have to agree with the Blade.

the Firecats aren't ugly, they just look like a Praying Mantis. If you like bugs, I guess they would be cool. ;)

Everyone is slamming the Cats and Doos, both of which I really like. Has everyone forgotten about the XC Pull my A$$'$ that haven't changed in like 10 years? Come on guys, not all cats are green and not all doos are yellow anymore. You guys are slamming sleds that smacked the crap out of you this winter on the snow aren't you.........

Could'nt have described it better.But I dont think you have to insult a turkey by comparing it to a Firecat.

For newer sleds I really didn't like the looks of the Scorpion. For vintage sleds it would be a Shark or Gilson.

My old JD is the ugliest sled I've seen. It needs to be buried.

The windshield and light make it look like junk. If Blade changed that it would look awesome IMO.

Who makes the "Blade" and why is it's engine stickin' through the hood like a 70's Cat--didn't Cat have a bad--s triple "Free Air" model back in the day with the block stickin through the hood? :D Didn't it have an off-centered Cyclops eye (headlight) as a result? Or am I trippin'--I mean, it was the 70's.... :p

As was said, that Blade's headlight and windshield are hurtin'--it reminds me of some well-meaning but bumbling cartoon robot, possibly seen associating with Rosie on The Jetstons.... Was there a 'bot secretary at Spacely Sprokets?

I hate to say it, because I'm beginning the think the REV's are pretty cool from a technical standpoint, but they've kind of reminded me of giant grasshoppers, or maybe a Praying Mantis, (Manti?) as was mentioned, ever since I saw a pic of one. I'm sure they'll look better on the snow.

Some of the truly ugliest sleds I've seen (ever?) were in the back of an issue of Snowtech magazine I got this past winter--can't tell you the date--lent it to my MXZ 800 friend (Bam Bam). They had a 30 year retrospective of vintage racing photos the magazine (I think it's photographer, editor, founder? Not sure) had taken, even back when the mag had a different name, if I'm not mistaken.

Anyhoo--wow! The Snowtech pics were funny stuff, with wipeouts aplenty and mustard and "pastel colored" sleds that looked more like something that slid across the schoolyard after it's mount broke off the traveling carnival ride across from the Legion, you know?

Maybe they're visible on line at Snowtech?

The best part is that I had a sears snow suit with a big patch on the back that said "Lemons are yellow" that my dad put on to razz his buddy that was a ski-doo fanback then.

Its a joke guy, the question was asked, I answered off the top of my head, stealing a Dave Barry joke I read in readers digest. If it didn&#39;t offend them, why would I think it would offend a bunch of hardnosed sledders? I happen to like the blue and yellow REV, and seriously thought about getting one. Till I saw the Cats. I will keep it plain vannilla from now on.

Glad you are amused. Could have gone with the "Hey look at me, I&#39;m Blair Morgan!" special. I find it as sad as fake exhaust stickers. Just don&#39;t want a cookie cutter sled is all. Polaris has the great pumpkin, Doo made the "Olyimpic edition", Cat has Fake exhaust stickers. Freedom of choice, good or bad, is a wonderful thing huh?
