Two weeks ago...17 Celsius. All the snow was gone.

Thunderstorm last week.

Today...snowing...-5 Celsius. Ground is covered again.

What the heck? ???

In 2000 we had snow on July 1st!!! That's the only time I can remember snow in July! But we have had snow in every other month of the year at one time or another.

Calgary got rocked a while back. I heard they got 2 feet of the white stuff.

Last year we got over a foot in the first week of May. Best sledding of the year!

Geez, even with all the late snow and wacky weather, the water levels in the Great Lakes are unbelieveably low. We are talking down over THREE feet. How's that for wacky! :(

With the winter we had this year, you'll never convince me that there's such a thing as global warming.

Ya you got that right, the snow here is pretty well all gone. But we will be lucky if the ice is completely off the lakes by May long weekend!

At least someone has snow, Zog. I am not a big believer in the Global warming theory but some scientist doo say that global warming will cause another ice age as it will be warmer in the winter with more precipitation so this will cause more snow. So much that it may not all melt by the next winter. :0: Sounds like a fantasy land to me although it might make growing Fruit and veggies a little tricky. ;)

I'm not complaining about the snow. I was hoping for a few more inches so I could drag out the sled. The forecast is for a bit more.

Your lucky. Keep us posted on the amount of snow you have and if you've dragged the sleds out yet!

replace the IMG line in your signature with:

http://banners.wunderground.com/banner/big...tions/71934.gif (http://banners.wunderground.com/banner/bigtemptr_both/language/www/global/stations/71934.gif)

Leave [IMG] at both ends...just replace the web address.

I'm not positive that it works properly yet. Seems like it's been -5 for a long time now.

It works, Gootch. I guess it really was -5 for a long time.
