Not to be a buzz-kill or anything, but this thread here is exactly what we're trying to avoid in the tech pages. I'll be the first to admit that I shouldn't have posted to it, but i did it without thinking about what we are after here. After looking at it again, I have decided to leave it, but lock it to show what we would prefer not to see here.

Thanks for helping out fellas. I hope you guys spend a lot of time here. You have a lot to offer.

Keith

Barry, as you know the Doo 800 twin runs real well on the bottom end and mid range problem us 800 riders have is getting it to pull on the top end. The 01' 800's have less of the problem than the 02's doo. (kid rockers flys on the top end) I am contributing it to the differance in the timming curve in the moem as well as the differnt pipe the 02' has. I am going to recurve the timming on mine and also change the pipe. This should give me more top end. If all of this worke the way I think it will I will let everybody here know what I did and hopefully some of the other 02' 800 doo owners will benifit.

By the way, it was 83 deg. and humid here in Myrtle Beach today. Going tomarrow and sittinng on the beach.
