has anyone tried the slp power pack?i'm thinking of getting them for my 98 xc 700. are they worth the 60 bucks. are they easy to put in?any info would help

I had that in my '98 XC700 few years back and I felt it's worth the money, but I had alot of stuff on my sled at the time (Boost bottle, SLP powerpak, Delta VF, CDI reprogrammed and clutched) WL.

PS - they are very easy to put it in.

yes it is worth the money they clean up the bottom end bog. It makes them very responsive and crisp..

Horsepower, They do a nice job with the low end response. I have a set of power packs, boost bottle and custom needles that will make a big difference on that sled. I was getting 2-3 mpg increase. I'll sell all of it for 50 bucks. 1 year old. Look at www.MCBPERFORMANCE.com to learn about XC mods. Great site. I had a 2000 with these parts and totaled it.
