looking to port the 800 blair morgan would like to have it ported and the right clutch set up at the same time! anyone with any RESULTS? dont want to spend a week dialing it in!

RKT was supposed to be moving this summer. Maybe that's why they aren't answering. Try leaving a phone message before you give up. I don't really know. Just a thought.

both saying that port and head work will add 8 -12 hp does that sound right?

also being told all you have to do is add pin weight?

try contacting bil cudney at cundeyracing.com . call and talk to him, tell him your ideas as far as head and port mods, and the results you want. get machine work questions, results, and price info. keep trying to get a hold of kelsey at RKT. he also has head and port mods for your sled. keep me posted, as you have in the past. just a few different resources to try that i have had some luck with. :D

You met also want to have a look at DNE performance[705] 487-3689. The owners name is Don, and he's a straight shooter. I've seen his stuff work on that motor first hand and run dead nut's reliably for 1000's of mile's.

Don Emery has ported all of my motors and i have had nothing but good reliable fast machines. DNE PERFORMANCE gets my vote.

You should give Bondi engines in Aurora Ont. a call, he has porting package for the 8oo rev that makes 161hp and over 100ft lb of torque with the stock pipe. Radar tests in the 118-119 mph range.

Isn't Lenny Benoint and Crank Shop the same. The Crank Shop can make a Ski-Doo run if they want to.

Benoint and the crank shop can extract alot of power from an engine but your on your owne with the clutching.
