this topic kinda goes with the throttle body topic, but thought it should be separate. found out there is a wire harness out that lets you adjust the signal to the injectors. you can only make richer though. you need to install a adjustable pressure regulator first. lower pressure will make system leaner. then adjust pot in harness for desired fuel supply. if i'm right there is a pot for bottom, mid and top. checking on this. acts just like changing jets in a carb system. anyboby else know of this system ?

advanced performance concepts in michigan makes one. here is the no. 269 637 4368 ask for dan. price is around 250 for harness.

ive been around fuel injection a while and there are ways to "trick" it. the coolant temp probe is easy to find and by adding a resistor or even an adjustable resistor you can richen your mix. probably about the same concept as what your talking, but an adjustable resistor is about $3. i still take NO responsibility, if you end up banging your pistons out with a sledge hammer.

I won't because I know or will know what I'm doing before I do anything. I work on $200,000.00 machines every day.

im not sure of any way to lean the fuel except for maybe mounting your water probe farther away. your thinking what?? i think if you put a pipe extension between it and the water you can make it read cooler. are you a cnc machinist too?

i reread my post and realized a colder temp will richen fuel.

By lowering fuel pressure. You'll make a lean condition. It will be noticed in mid range first. This I already know. Using the harness you can add fuel where needed to fine tune. No cnc just a catipillar mech. lol

i see, im not quite as knowledgable on sled efi as cars.
