Please do not offer other suggestions for mufflers just tell me what you think is better? Louder? Gives you more performance? It is going on a 3.1L V-6. This will just be a temporary muffler for now. Give me your thoughts on each one. Thanks!! SWRules abc 06-25-2003, 06:16 AM I have 2 flowtech raptor on my 1974 ford f-100 and find them great for the price. They sound great too when you press the pedal hard and not too loud when cruising. So they dont bring too much police attention on me. I have the 2-1/2" version also with flowtech headers on a dual exhaust 302. My engine rev a little higher with them on too much less restriction. I also have to buy a tip so that the exhaust comes out the back of the car because this new muffler is a little shorter than my old one. Thanks but i think i will leave it at the muffler. The pipe on the car is less that 2inch's in diameter, so the muffler i am getting is going to have a 2inch in/out let. | ||
