Very sick of jetting will this solve all my problems? I have; Slp air intake, 42.5mm carbs, slp single pipe, 161hp trail ported '01 xc 800 sp.

If you do not change altitude (more than 1000-1500 feet in your riding, dont waste the extra $$$$ use tempaflow instead, it is cheaper and will do exactly what you want. Jet for -20f, install tempaflow, recheck plugs and wash if ok forget about it.

is that dyno,ed or mfg claimed hp,just curious

as said before,if your around the same elevation all the time ,you will love the tempa flow, jet for the coldest you will ride,very trouble free

doug flannery race engine. he has dynoed w/this port job. but not my motor. im pretty sure the motor he dynoed was stock w/slp pipe and porting,nothing else. mfr hp claim is 134hp stock.
