just called a guy here that sells canisters for sleds. he said he can sell me a B&B eliminator for 239 $. he said something about it not being a MBRP but the samething. i know i can get the pipe through royal distribuling for 270$.
The problem is my 2 riding friends bought these pipes from this guy and they do sound great, one is the trial can and one is the race can. Just wondering if these cans they got could be a nock off vesion of the MBRP?

Sounds like someone knows how to copy MBRP, I haven't heard of a truckload going "missing" if you know what I mean.

Actually their the same company.As far as I know they restructered the company,hense the name change. I use a MBRP and a buddy has a B+B both can's are very similar.

do they sound the same, i am not worried about shape or hp gain, just the sound.

Yes they are virtually identical.If you install one on a triple pipe and one a single pipe 3cyl. theres a slightly different tone,but either one sounds mean.Keep in mind they are considerably louder then stock at higher rpm's.The quality of these pipes is very good,and will fit neatly without having to cut or modify your bellypan.I weighed the stock box + the new muffler + there was 13lbs. difference,plus your chain case is wide open.A win/win deal in my opinion.

Yes Phazer,they do have them for 900,s. Heck they have them for Honda Civics if you need one

Thanks MOTOR'n, do you happen to have their website? I've seen some B&Bs for sale on the net, but not for that price. That was $239 Canadian correct?

yes the guy told me 239 canadian today on the phone. i guess it sounds like i better be grabbing one but he said he wouldnt have any in stock till august.

Fuzzy is right, B+B is the name of the can and MBRP [ Martin barkley racing products] is the company that makes them.....
