HAVE 2002 800RMK,144 INCH TRACK.END OF LAST YEAR CLIMBING IT WOULD REV AT 7900 IN FULL PULL.I BELIEVE IT SHOULD BE AT 8200 FOR MAX POWER.
WHAT DO I CHANGE,SECONDARY OR PRIMARY SETTINGS?

7900 is spot-on if your motor is stock assuming your tach reads accurate. The graphs I've seen show the #'s real strong from 7800-8000 with the peak at 7900, by 8100 the power has fallen off by a few hp. My bud has your exact sled, I have many hours in the seat. The clutching is fantastic, the only thing Id change would be the flyweights to tune it, if it needs it. His was overrevving (81-8200) with 60gr so we put some 62's in it, pulls much stronger now. He also geared it down.
