DDD,
I can't help you with your question, but I can tell you that the guys that can, will need to know more about how you plan on using your sled to be effective. Your altitude, deep or marginal snow, lake racing, grass drags, riding style, etc. all make a big difference. Polaris gave you the most generic setup they could come up with. If you want more out of it, you need to make it specific to your needs.

Michahicks, thanks for your help. Aggressive trail riding with some lake running, with marginal snow. I have installed 144 - 1.075'' woody studs, and changed the stock weights from 10-62 to 10-64. I weight 160lbs. No other modifications are on my sled. I have contacted Erlandson, they recommended two clutch kits which are trail performance or a pro series kit. The problem with using the trail kit is that it does not have weights included in the kit. Erlandson designed the kit for 10-62 weights. I do not have the original weights. This might be a problem. If I choose the Pro kit it includes weights. Does anyone have some more info that can help me? :)

DDD,

There are lots of options. Alot of aftermarketers have tried to get better results using the likes of Heavy Hitters and Heel Clickers for the XC6 and XC7. So far I havent seen to many bullet proof options. My company and Simons CPR will be testing a Supertune Kit for the 6 and 700 witin a month. Most CPR Supertune kits come with Heavy Hitters but as of now, all Polaris twin models use OEM weights. We will be using the EPI kit as a point of reference and will provide info once testing is completed. Check my site for the latest updates.
