Looks like from previous posts that the best all around setup is 200-320 spring (which I already have laying around, new), with 18.2g pins, stock ramps, and B6 on the secondary. Where can I get the pins?.. I'm in Ontario.
Also.. there is a little play when I have the secondary off and rock the two halves toward/away from each other.. I guess the bushing needs replacing. Do I need to use a press for this, or will a vice and a properly sized punch or socket work?

Has Goodwin Heavy Threadable pins weight 16.7 grams approx...
..add setscrews to make up to 22.5 grams and if you have a long tap, you can thread the last 1/4 inch to have capacity for nearly 25 grams.

You can buy threaded pins from your local bomb dealer.

Walrus,
Use the press to install the replacement bushings. The bushings can be easily damaged. The smaller bushing can be pressed out using the new bushing and a flat machined plate for a backing. Use some green Loctite/Permatex bushing retainer liquid.
The larger bushing (helix bushing) is more difficult to deal with since it is pressed in against a step and then mechanically fixed. You have grind off the secondary casting extensions where they are pressed to wedge/expand over the bushing. Not too difficult with a Dremel tool. The trick is getting this bushing out of there. I have heard of people levering them out, but I didn't have any luck with this approach. The dealers have a special puller that can accomplish this task. I used a small Dremel fiber cutoff disc to cut a diagonal slot in the bushing near the ends. This allowed me to bend one end enough to release the tension on the bushing and remove it. You can press the new one in with the old bushing if you do not damge it too much. Use the green bushing retainer liquid here too. Doo recommends using retainer screws/washers. I didn't use them.
Hope this helps,

Walrus,
Unless Doo has produced a new set of threaded pins recently you will need to go with the Goodwin Heavy Threaded pins to get the 18.2g or more. The heaviest Doo pins are are something like 16.4-16.9 and their threaded versions don't exceed this amount.
A lot of dealers stock these aftermarket pins or you can get them direct from Goodwin. Since you are in Canada your best deal will probably be through Cudney or Dynamo^Joe's reference if you can't find them locally.
The Goodwin slippery secondary buttons are a nice addition too. Expensive at $10US each, but much less than what Doo wants for the MxZx version.
