If they have never been off then they can be a pain at times. I have had to rap the end of the puller to get them off at times. I don't recomend heat to get it off though. Just keep working at it.

yeah, the clutch on my 97 zl took two guys, a crobar, and a breaker bar, and it was still a pain in the ###!

Do you have a inpact wrench? If not bring it up to the local tire shop and that should get it off. I have a electric 1/2" drive unit that works great for these types of problems. SWRules

like bgtrk19472 said ( Impact wrench ) Works great. It will take longer to get the puller in, Impact out, socket on, then it will to take it off.

The other thing you can do is crank the pressure right to it and walk away. When working on a buddies sled we had a bunch of other stuff to do, by the time we got back under the hood a couple hours later the clutch had popped off and we never heard it.

I wouldn't recommend an impact wrench based upon advice of my friend who is a Polaris dealer due to possible damage to bottom end. He recommends tipping machine on side and filling hole with clutch lube and leaving it for the night. The next day, tip back onto skiis and then try puller as the other guys have recommended but without the impact wrench.
