Nope, Harrowsmith is on CR 38 north of Kingston. Are you thinking of Hornepayne?

funny thing i looked on the mapquest too and got this.

revrn is right just 15 minutes off 401 N of Kingston.
Its a COSDRA event.
They have been racing at this place for 30 years.

i guess ontario has 2 harrowsmiths and eleven million trout creeks, rivers and lakes.
