Goofy??? What are you talking about?
I think this looks way better than the old one, and I LIKED the old one. The seat looks like it makes way more sense, and doesn't have the ball breaker pad.

Good show A/C, can't wait to see how it does on the snow.

Yeah Paul but Morgan can beat most riders on an 89 Exciter. How good are the Crapo brothers, I don't know much about them? I think they're the only real contendors Cat has this year in Pro.

beerman,
the Crapo company poked their noses in there when riding polaris and this sno pro has more then the pro-x did. it has more then the pro-x does now.

we're going to see all kinds of different concepts in the future. rev has set the pace.it will be interesting what others come up with. i feel a sno xer will look like a moto x bike sooner than you think. this all boils down to sno x being a healthy sport.

it looks good to me.
even tho morgan could win on a snowboard.
the crapo bro's will have a little help with,
this new sled...i hate the idea of cat copying doo ,
but if this is what it takes,SO BE IT.

All the manufacturers "borrow" ideas from one another. Competition is a good thing and innovations by one manufacturer lead to improvements by another. It all leads to better sleds for us consumers.

It's called the Snow Hawk. How much closer to a MX bike do you want ?

A guy around here have one and I saw it on a race track once and it did not impress me at all...The only sled he passes was a 80-90's Yammy Exiter. Maybe the guy was not good too. But I saw traces of him in some powder snow and he just did climb like hell on some hill under powerline.

I like the looks of the sled. I once heard the REV called sexy? We'll just have to wait and see what it does on the track

Puppy I seen them in action at the WSA race here last year. Those guys can really get some good air off the jumps. Now with a liquid 600 in it it will fly.

I've seen the Snow Hawks at the WSA Races for the last couple of years. Rob, you're right they do get great air, but the races are nothing to write home about. It looks more like an exhibition more than anything. All the guys run out of the same trailer and they aren't very stable so the guys don't get very aggressive and bash into each other. A few of the SnoX pro racers have been spoted racing them at the regional races after the WSA Nationals are over, but none of them have switched over.

I haven't seen them on any of the trails, would love to know how they would handle on the trails.

There was a decent rider in the Cat camp last year, but I forget his name. He was the only one with a black firecat on the tracks. Anyone know who I'm talking about??

Tj ran a black Cat last year. At least he did in the x games. But he jumped ship over to Polaris in the off season didn't he?

Are you referring to TJ Gulla or Kent Ipsen? I don't remember who ran the black cat.

Gulla is the guy I was thinking of, thanks. Hope he didn't really jump ship though, he was a competitor.

Sorry Jim but TJ did jump ship. He is a good racer. Cut his teeth racin Doo's if memory serves me correct. Heres the story.

Vermont's T.J. Gulla signed to race for Polaris for the upcoming season.

He' will concentrate mostly on the Rock Maple Racing circuit, but will attend a handful of WSA National races. He is also categorized as the first back up. If a Polaris racer gets injured, Gulla will be the first driver to move up and take his place.

Last season, Gulla was on Arctic Cat's Team Olah racing team. On the WSA National circuit Gulla finished in the top 20 in the Pro Open and Pro Stock classes. Gulla's highlight of the year happened in February in Aspen, Colorado, when he took a gold medal at the X Games in the Hillcross competition.
