i broke the exahst header on my 79 kaw 440 driffter. it looks like has been welded before. i think i will try to weld it but it really needs a new one. eny one have to sell. i laso hade to ride it about 2 miles without a muffler. didnt sound to good. eny othe suggestins on how i can mack the old one better.

Gravedigger, I would also take a good look at the clutch on that sled. A buddy of mine also broke the exhaust. We welded it up and the thing broke again. I looked at his clutch and one of the spiders had broken causing the sled to vibrate apart. Kevin
