I have all the parts to assemble a 1200 3 cyl. 1200 watercraft cases/800 ves cylinders. Also a triple crank from 2 800 twins. I contacted Jawz about pipes and thats all good but I need help with an ignition, water pump, and recoil set up. Is there anyone out there that has any info on a similar set up.

??? I HAVE SEEN THIS DONE AND ITS EXTREMELY DIFFICULT. NOT TO SAY YOU CAN'T DO IT, BUT IT REQUIRES ALOT OF CUSTOM MACHINING.IT USES A XCR 800 IGNITION WITH A CUSTOM HUB TO FIT THE MAG TO THE 800 CRANK.ALSO reqires A CUSTOM STATOR PLATE/WATERPUMP MOUNTING PLATE.THE GUY WHO USED TO BUILD THESE FOR UNION BAY,HOT SEAT, AND ALL THE REST OF THE PERF SHOPS DIED MARCH,2002. YOUR BEST SOURCE OF INFO WOULD BE CHOPPER CITY SPORT'S/MARV JORGENSON OR IF YOU WANT HOT SEAT MIGHT HAVE SOME INFO. THE STOCK 800 WATERPUMP/RECOIL WON'T WORK BECAUSE THE ENGINE BECOMES 2 WIDE TO FIT ANY CHASSIS.

I am building the same motor. Union bay machines your case for a bottom water tube and there billet igniton housing. It uses a ultra flywheel, ultra stator, ultra cdi and old 650 style water pump. Ultra recoil also. Already bought tison plate to bolt into my gen2 with edge chaincase and 144. Have 800 cranks to peice together and want to use wiseco pistons. any questions email
