Yes it is Piped Bravo. We have no restrictions yet, except in the National Parks and I do not ride there.

Thanks and yes it is Permafrost. I take the summers to do all my "Honey Doo's" so I can play all winter. Plus my wife and I are avid 4 wheeler riders. She likes them better than sleds, something about sleds and mountains. LOL

This RX1 should help define what our definition of stuck is. This is the same day we rescued 3 guys that burnt there sleds to stay alive. I have pics of there sleds also, boy were they ever glad to see us.

Here is a link to some of the news coverage,http://www.adn.com/front/story/2608494p-2654842c.html
It was covered on a bunch of news stations, my version of the story.

We had been riding for a couple ofd hours, when I saw a column of smoke. I told my son and the other rider that it could only be one of two things, either a snowmobile or a plane. Either way someone needed help. We started cross when I got real stuck, took about 25 minutes to get out. We proceeded to a canyon, I was in the lead and saw 3 guys wandering around in this canyon. I hollered and asked if they were OK, they said yes, but don't come down here "the snow is to deep". I said OK you walk up here, they made about 50 ft before they were wore out. I laughed, dropped off the cliff and pulled up beside them. They immediately asked "how are we going to get out of here". I said were going to ride. LOL They were very skeptical, my son and the other rider then dropped into the canyon, I sent one left and one right to look for old trails that would be good support. The picture of the RX1 is where he made it too, about 100 yards from where I was waiting with the 3 guys. My son made it about the same distance in the other direction. I went and assisted them in getting unstuck, then jumped a creek and started packing a trail for about a mile (my sled runs well), came back and told them to get on the backs of our sleds. They said no way are you going to be able to ride us out, I said give it a try. The first time I jumped the creek, my rider (the biggest one) fell off. LOL I told him he could hold onto my waist, I wouldn't call him the "B" word. We, to there amazment hauled them out to there truck with no problems. All they could say was, wow what have you done to your machines, just our mountaiun sleds. They did give us a nice reward, even though I told them it was not necessary. The story was carried on national news. I recieved calls from places like Georgia and Alabama asking about the incedent.
I did not think it was a big deal, all together my son and I pulled 4 people that were stranded or injured out of the mountains. I believe that what goes around comes around.

This a picture of the guys, man were they ever cold wet and tired. You have to understand that when they got there, it was a whiteout and they had no idea where they were at.

wow, amazing......great job. sometimes i wish i lived in remote areas so i could do some of that riding but after hearing about stories like that. it makes me think that maybe i get into enough trouble where i am.
